Shipping Policy

Weather-Related Shipping Delays Notice

Severe weather conditions may disrupt transportation and delivery in certain regions, extending delivery times to approximately 10–15 business days.

Affected areas include parts of the Pacific Northwest, Great Lakes, and Southern United States:

Washington, Idaho, Wisconsin, Michigan, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and surrounding regions.  

Order Processing & Delivery Times

We strive to ship your Tunease device as quickly as possible. Below are the timelines for our products:

For all Tunease MP3 players and accessories:

• Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after placement.

• Delivery Time:

◦ Standard delivery (contiguous U.S.): 3–7 business days

◦ Remote areas (Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska): 20 business days    

Note: Delivery may be delayed up to 7 business days during peak seasons, inclement weather, or carrier disruptions.

We do not process shipments on weekends or U.S. holidays. During high-volume periods, slight delays may occur—we will notify you via email if this affects your order. If you do not receive a shipment update within 3 business days, please reach out to us at ditone@tunease.me for assistance.  

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.  

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping is available on all Tunease orders.

To track your order:

  1. Log in to your account at https://tunease.me/using the email address you used at checkout. 
  2. Navigate to the "Orders" section to view your shipment status.
